As I welcome you to our church’s web site I encourage you to return and share with us on a regular basis. We are a group of people who have been significantly impacted by the love of God and the grace of Jesus Christ. We are not perfect and may be found to be deficient in a number of areas but we are continually being transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit to become more and more like Jesus. We have a long history of service and influence in the downtown inner city area of Kingston including Charles Street, Mark Lane, Fletchers Land and other areas. We have a number of outreach programmes which include counseling, Youth Brigade and a feeding programme. This programme has been in operation for over seventeen years and provides hot meals to about one hundred needy persons on second and fourth Sundays each month.
We implore you to come and join and share with us in the exciting and challenging call to glorify God in Spirit directed worship and service. We strive to be a God centered, community focused, Christ directed and Spirit empowered covenant keeping people. We delight in the Sabbath and endeavour to be the light in this dark world every day of the week. For this year our church theme is ‘Anointed to Worship and to Serve’. We are convinced that a fresh wind of empowerment and inspiration from the Holy Spirit is blowing among us and that God will do greater things in, through and around us. Let's make the fulfilment of His purposes and the great commandment to love a reality in our experience and submit to Christ's lordship in all areas of our life on a daily basis.
